Preliminary audial influence from the hay days of mint club (Leeds) oozes throughout our next vinyl offering by Curb Side team member and release new comer Niall Kelly.

We’re over the moon to present the next release on Curb Side, an ep birthed from the city through the vessel of Niall’s mind, Instruction EP. A student of the vibrant Leeds house and techno scene, these 4 tracks are no messing club ready bombs. Sub heavy baselines wrap and contort into intricate drum patterns, as moody and engaging melodies and pads interweave throughout on A1 Tech House cut, section 1.

The A2 draws heavy inspiration from the north of Englands strongest electronic musical output “Northern Bleep.” Vocoder-esque vocal stabs reminiscent of LFO’s speak and spell laced classic “LFO (Leeds Warehouse Mix)” shout out track title “Seven Wolves” as tripped out bleeps and bloops are crafted over deep hitting beats and bass.

We welcome a legendary producer with huge ties to the city for the B1, Carl Finlow. He provides us with a dsytopian yet rich electro remix of A1 tech house-r Section 1, idm like electro percussion pairs with rumbling bass and synths to craft a sonic-scape that would suit for an extra-terrestrial invasion.

The EP is closed out with tripped out and heads down sublow weapon, Groove Key. A different flavour from the rest of the ep this track is no-nonsense beats and bass, reserved In its style Groove Key is a track built for soundsystems.
