pressing. This chemical reaction of black influences brings the intent of treating broken rhythms, pervaded by a jazz lure, where
software-made electronic combines with living instruments such as sounds from acoustic drums and analogue synths.
The A side intro "CONTAINS SULFITES" for a slow fleecy beat made of hip-hop scraps, liquid textures and jazzy undertones, no
headache here, just a little tipsy to quicken our step in the "DANCE OF THE CRANES", lolloping by fleet-footed highs and lows toward
the house borderline. On the flip, both title tracks arrive as a broken beat trip where SOFATALK emphasizes he's a delver of rhythmic
who moves in triplets and backbeats, right to wiggle out of a 4-to-the-floor constraint, then dopes you softly with the "FAIRY DUST"
sung by KRIS TIDJAN, which surrounds by the warm soul blanket of a black mellow voice.
